Jacques Lafarge

Claire et Jacques – Paris

This short note to tell you that we had a great evening yesterday. Funny and deep piece, well spirited and the actors and the choir of angels are truly remarkable!

C VEILLE – Paris

Congratulations on this play with an original story and a sparkling and fresh performance. Thanks again !

Odile WATTEL – Paris

What text! The public was delighted, it is apparently light, but in reality second degree. Bravo!

A Solari – Catholic France

The theme does not lack originality and, if it is neither very Catholic nor very Orthodox, its treatment never sinks into bad taste.

Marie-Laure Atinault – Webthea

The show is pretty, light as a feather pillow, we laugh a lot on the spot and the next day, the music of “3 Cigales” leads us, we think, smiles on our lips, about this “divine comedy” which does us good .

PLANET FOR SALE

A COMEDY ON RELIGIONS AND THE IDEA WE HAVE OF GOD

The action of Planet for Sale takes place in the Kingdom of Heaven. God manages his business somehow, with his team made up of the main prophets: Jesus, Muhammad, Siddhartha, Moses and Lao Tseu. One problem in particular upsets him the most: the poor efficiency of religions. The number of entrances to Paradise continues to decrease, which is contrary to the purpose of its creation.

Lucifer, who has always dreamed of appropriating the Earth, takes advantage of this situation to come and offer to exchange it for a still virgin planet, where He can start a creation on new bases. God is tempted… all the more so since on Earth the situation is not getting better, men having never stopped creating new problems.

Joan of Arc, learning the maneuvers of Lucifer, puts on her costume as the savior of the world and mobilizes the prophets to oppose this diabolical project. But things will get complicated to the point of disaster, and finally unravel in a very different way from what she had planned…
